2024 Annual Auction Table Sponsorship Opportunity

We invite you to consider sponsoring a table this year for our annual school auction. Sponsorship allows
your business to receive valuable exposure to our grateful and influential school community.

Table sponsorship includes:

• VIP sponsor table (seats 8)
• Premium seating placement
• 1 bottle of premium red wine and 1 bottle of premium white wine for the table
• School branded gift for each attendee
• Company logo displayed at the following:
o Branded table display centerpiece
o Branded step and repeat placement
o Auction slide show
o In person printed program
o Twilight “Thank you” banner displayed on Oxford St, heavily traveled thoroughfare
o On auction website with social media shout-outs

Sponsorship fee: $1,250 {only 8 tables available}

- YES! I want to sponsor a table for the 2024 auction and want to attend with 8 guests

- YES! I want to sponsor a table and donate back the seats to Northwood Elementary
(PFC will select attendees to be seated at your table)
